Instructions

Step 1
1. Cube 2 portions of salmon (without the skin), and mix in a bowl with ⅓ cup soy sauce, ⅓ cup honey, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tsp minced ginger, 1 tsp onion powder, and ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Step 2
2. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat and add your salmon and sauce. Cook for 5 minutes then flip and cook for another 5 mins. Add sesame seeds
Step 3
3. Build your owl with whatever toppings you want. I used Rice, Cucumber, Avocado, Green onion, Spicy Mayo and Chili Crisp!
