Ingredients
4 servings
1 cupchickpea flour
¼ cupsunflower seeds
ground in a coffee grinder
1 cupwater
½ cupchopped onion
1 cupspinach
chopped
2 Tbspraw cashew butter
my addition
1 cupnutritional yeast
my addition
2 tsppizza seasonings
my addition
½ tspsea salt
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Step 2
Add parchment paper to a 9 x 12 baking dish. Sprinkle the dish with a little flour.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour the batter in the dish.
Step 4
Bake for 20min or until slightly golden at the edges and dry to the touch. Allow to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
