Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions , kale, sausages and slice garlic
Step 2
Put onion and garlic into medium pan with some oil and cook with lid on utile turning brown
Step 3
Chop bread and grill / crisp in oven
Step 4
Once onion is cooked add spices and toast slightly, then add kale , tomatoes and beans, stock cube and 800ml of water
Step 5
Let cook until bread is toasted and sauce has thickened enough
Step 6
Serve with croutons on top sprinkled with salt pepper and olive oil
