Step 1
Cook the pasta in the microwave until softened
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and chop onion and fry until soft
Step 3
In a bowl combine the soya cream, cheddar cheese, black pepper and soya milk (if needed) to make a sauce.
Step 4
Add to the spaghetti and coat thoroughly. Heat in the pan until the cheese is melted
