1green bell pepper
chopped

1 PoundRusset Potatoes

Chicken Seasoning
1 teaspoonkosher salt
or to taste
1 teaspoonblack pepper
or to taste
1 teaspoongarlic powder
or to taste
1 teaspoonitalian seasoning

1 tablespoonolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F

Step 2
Clean and pat dry Onions & Bell Pepper. Chop Onions & Bell Peppers and add to a bowl. Add in Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, & Garlic Powder and mix well.

Step 3
Clean and pat dry Chicken Thighs. Season with Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, & Italian Seasoning and mix well. Slice Smoked Sausage.
Step 4
On a foil lined baking sheet, add all ingredients and evenly spread on baking sheet. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes uncovered, or until done.
