Instructions

Step 1
preheat oven to 200C
Step 2
cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, and roast for 30-40 minutes or until the skin starts to char
Step 3
once they’re out of the oven, leave them to cool
Step 4
then put the peppers into the food processor/blender with all the other ingredients until chunky but spreadable
