June's Butter Chicken Curry and Rice

Ingredients

1.75boneless skinless chicken breast
cubed
11 ounceChicken Curry sauce
Butter

1 tablespoonvegetable oil

¼ cupwater

2 ½ cupsjasmine rice
cooked
Instructions
Step 1
Cook 2.5 cups jasmine rice, per package directions.
Step 2
Cube 1.75 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet. Add Patak's Butter Chicken Curry spice package and saute gently for 20 seconds.
Step 4
Add Patak's Butter Chicken Curry paste package and 1/4 cup water. Saute until water is almost evaporated, about two minutes.
Step 5
Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add Patak's Butter Chicken Curry sauce package and simmer about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve over rice.
