Prepare the coffee filling

Prepare the streusel

Mix in all the dry ingredients

Mix in all the liquid ingredients

Mix in dry+liquid ingredients

Fill up the muffin pans halfway with main batter, add 2 tsp on coffee filling, gently mix it up with the main batter so the coffee filling isn't completelt dry (otherwise the muffin will crumble when it's cooked). Fill the rest of the pan with the main batter and sprinkle some streusel mix on the top

Cook for 20-25 min at 205°C
