Step 1
Chop sweet potatoes into small cubes

Open can of chickpeas and drain

Add sweet potatoes into a pan and fry for a couple minutes

Meanwhile, cut the halloumi into small cubes

Add chickpeas into frying pan once sweet potatoes have cooked for a couple minutes. Fry halloumi in another pan simultaneously.

Add paprika and honey once sweet potatoes and chickpeas are cooked

Place sweet potato chickpea mix in centre of wrap. Add chunks of halloumi along length of wrap. Top with chosen sauce. Place wrap in toastie press to crispen. Then serve
