Step 1
In a large pan or Dutch oven combine your favorite spaghetti sauce, drained black olives, cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes and a couple chopped basil leafs. Stir and bring to a simmer while you boil pasta. Tomatoes should burst on their own.
Step 2
In a separate pot cook your pasta till just under done. Drain and add to your simmering sauce.
Step 3
Finish cooking the pasta to your preferred doneness--a couple minutes in the sauce. Turn the heat off and stir in baby spinach. It should wilt nicely.
