Instructions

Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add garlic & ginger and cook for 1 min. Add beef and cook on high heat until brown.
Step 2
Season and add sauces, cook on high heat until dark and caramelised. Remove from pan with slotted spoon and set aside.
Step 3
Heat a little more oil if needed and add garlic & ginger, cook for 1 min and add peppers, mange tout and corn. Season and cook for 3-5 mins, add pok choi and cook for 3-4 mins until softened.
Step 4
Add in cooked rice and sauces, mix through.
Step 5
Mix in half of chilli beef and spring onion, cook fried egg.
Step 6
Serve isce with remaining chilli beef, fried egg and a sprinkle of chilli and spring onion.
