Instructions

Step 1
Combine the oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
Step 2
Add the baking soda and flour. Combine well for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven for 45mins to 1 hour for regular loaf pan . 20-25 mins for muffins or mini loaf pans. Check for doneness increase for 5 min intervals if necessary
