Fried Rice Paper Spring Rolls

Step 1
Fry Prawns until golden
Step 2
Fry garlic until they resemble garlic chips
Step 3
Boil bok choy for a few minutes until the leaves wither

Fry your mushrooms in Gochujang
Step 5
Boil noodles and add the contents of the soup packet the oil and dehydrated beg together with the sesame oil, soy sauce and chilli flakes, mic well and add alil bit of the water just so the noodles are coated properly but not to watery
Step 6
Build your rice paper spring rolls by first adding rice paper to water to make them soft and workable, add all ingredients and roll up
Step 7
Fry spring rolls, one by one in alittle bit of olive oil until both sides are golden
