Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in a sauce pan and cook pasta
Step 2
Dice red onions and Place in a big frying pan with some oil. Fry off with adding basil, oragano, and thyme.
Step 3
Add diced sliced garlic and chopped red peppers. Cook all together and once cooked mix together then set aside
Step 4
Drain pasta and add the onion mix
Step 5
Add a little more oil to the empty frying pan and chopped all sausages into the pan. Add a little water if they start to stick and keep moving until cooked.
Step 6
Once sausages are cooked drain into the pasta and onion. Add a little salt and pepper and mix lightly
Leave oil in the pan.
Step 7
With the remaining oil, add some garlic powder and tomato paste, mix around and add some water to make a thin sauce.
Step 8
Add all of the pasta, sausage mix into the tomato sauce, mix together and serve.
