10cloves of garlic
½ cupcoconut
3dry red chillis
1 Tbspsesame seeds
2 Tbsppeanuts
2 Tbspchilli powder
½ tspsalt

4potatoes
medium, boiled
2 Tbspoil
5cloves garlic
2green chillis
1 tspblack mustard seeds
¼ tsphing
10curry leaves
1 tspturmeric
salt

Instructions
Spicy Garlic Chutney
Step 1
Individually dry roast the garlic, coconut, dry red chillis, sesame seeds and peanuts.
Step 2
Mix all the roasted ingredients with chilli powder and salt in a blender.

Step 3
Boil the potatoes, let cool, peel, mash and set aside.
Step 4
Crush green chillis and garlic to make a rough paste.
Step 5
In a pan, add oil. Once hot, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, turmeric and salt. Mix to combine. Add potatoes and mix well. Adjust for seasonings.
Step 6
Make small balls of the potato filling and set aside. Heat oil to deep fry.
Step 7
In a bowl, mix the gram flour, turmeric and red chilli. Add enough water to make a thin batter.
Step 8
Once the oil is hot, dip the potato filling in the batter and fry until golden brown.
Step 9
Once all the potato is done, deep fry green chillis and sprinkle with salt as soon as they come out of the oil.
Step 10
Slice dinner rolls in half, generously spread the garlic chutney on both sides and place a vada between the bread.
