Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken thighs into bite size pieces. Cook in a wok with the ginger, garlic, and salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Add half the bottle of sweet and sour sauce to the wok. Add the vegetables and water. Cover with a lid and steam until the vegetables are tender.
Step 3
Cook the noodles according to package directions while veggies are steaming.
Step 4
Add the noodles and cooked chicken to the wok. Add the rest of the sauce and heat throughout.
