Instructions

Step 1
1. mix the sauce and rest in fridge

2. slice the onion(0.7cm), and diagonal slice carrot(0.5cm) and spring onion(0.7cm)
Step 3
3. marinate the thin sliced beef with the sauce and gently massage it.
Step 4
4. put the sliced veggies in the marinated beef and rest it longer than 30mins in fridge
Step 5
5. stir cook it with some cooking oil in middle heat for 3mins, and then low heat till the onion and the carrot are thoroughly cooked
