Chicken & Dumplings > Chicken Noodle Soup. I SAID WHAT I SAID. This has always been my go to for sick days. The great thing about a meal like this is it kind of makes itself and like many of our favorite dishes, say it with me, 🗣 it makes great leftovers🗣 You can make this with either fresh biscuit dough or premade from a can. I typically use premade since it’s easier, so going forward, the instructions will call for that.

Instructions

Step 1
Put veggies in a large pot or Dutch oven with olive oil and cook for about 5 mins on medium heat.
Step 2
While that’s cooking, cut pre-made biscuit dough into quarters and toss in flour (as to not have them stick together in the soup).
Step 3
Add minced garlic to the pot and continue to cook for about a minute
Step 4
Next add in chicken broth, cream, salt and pepper to taste, and biscuit dough. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy🤍
