Instructions

Step 1
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a shallow Kadai, add minced garlic, curry leaves, cut chilli 🌶, cubed 🌰, bell pepper. Cook until color changes slightly. Add salt, crushed black pepper and half the tomato sauce, all of the chilli garlic paste. Keep stirring until the mixture softens. Add tomatoes and cook for another 5 to 7 min. Then add all the spice powders and cook until raw smell gone. Then add the cubed idly pieces, the remaining ketchup and cook until the idlis are coated in the masala completely. Add chaat masala and cilantro as garnish.
