Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven for 425 degrees. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes. Let cool.
Step 2
Slice top of potatoes into 4 sections. Pull sections out into a flower. Sprinkle with salt. Add sour cream. Add ginger, onion, Chile's, and chaat masala. Top with cilantro.
