Easy Chicken Parmesan

5 cupschicken
cooked, diced
1 jarspaghetti sauce
2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
1 cupshredded parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Spray a 13X9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in the bottom of the pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over top and mix to combine making sure the chicken is thoroughly coated with the sauce and spread evenly across the bottom of the pan.
Step 3
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of chicken, then top with Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
In a small bowl, add the first three bread crumb topping ingredients and stir gently with a fork. Add olive oil, and toss with fork until bread crumbs are evenly coated.
Step 5
Sprinkle bread crumb topping over the Parmesan layer. Cover with foil.
Step 6
Bake 40 minutes, or until bubbly and bread crumbs are toasted.
Freezer Preparation
Step 7
Prepare following Steps 1-4 above, but using a 13X9-inch disposable foil pan instead of a casserole dish and cover with plastic wrap before covering with foil.
Step 8
Label and freeze.
