Instructions

Step 1
Make or use your favorite brand of Marinara sauce. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute the garlic, onions and carrots for about 3 minutes. Add the Marinara sauce, vegetable stock, beans, granulated garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the kale and cook about 5 minutes more, til wilted. Stir half of the parsley in. Remove the bay leaf. Use remaining parsley for garnish.
