Ingredients
8 servings
1 Tbspsesame oil
2garlic cloves
minced
1 Tbspginger
grated
1 Tbspgarlic minced
½ cupmushrooms
diced, I used shiitake
2Scallions
diced
3 cupsveggies
shredded, I used Chinese cabbage, carrots, and bok choy
300gtofu
crumbled
Dipping Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
To a pan on medium heat, add the sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for a minute until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms, scallions, veggies, tamari and tofu. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring regularly until most of the water has been released.
Step 3
Prepare a large bowl of lukewarm water. Divide the filling in 8.
Step 4
Dip the rice paper in lukewarm water for 5 seconds (or check your packet’s instructions).
Step 5
Add the filling to the middle of the roll in a sausage-like shape. Fold the sides of the rice paper along the entire height of the wrapper.
Step 6
Bring the bottom layer of the rice paper above the filling, and roll all the way up. Repeat with a second rice paper sheet.
Step 7
Repeat with the rest of the sheets and filling.
Step 8
Air fry for 8 minutes at 400 Degrees F (200 C).
Step 9
In the meantime, prepare the dipping sauce by combining tamari, sesame oil, minced garlic, chilli flakes and rice vinegar. Enjoy!
