Take a bowl, put the ground meat in it, add salt, pepper, a spoon of all purpose flour and mix.

Whisk an egg and the pass the burgers in it. Ease then down the burger into some breadcrumbs and make it stick weel. You can repeat this operation one more time if you want ans extra crispy result.

Warm up a frying pan with some butter, garlic and rosemary. Fry your burger as long as it takes to make them well done and crispy.
