Instructions

Step 1
Take a bowl, put the ground meat in it, add salt, pepper, a spoon of all purpose flour and mix.

Add some breadcrumbs, just a spoon at the time and mix. Add breadcrumbs until the mixture is dry and the liquids are well absorbed.

Form the burgers and make the shape you prefer. Pass the burger into some flour and keep aside.

Whisk an egg and the pass the burgers in it. Ease then down the burger into some breadcrumbs and make it stick weel. You can repeat this operation one more time if you want ans extra crispy result.

Warm up a frying pan with some butter, garlic and rosemary. Fry your burger as long as it takes to make them well done and crispy.

Take your burger buns and spread some mayo and ketchup or any other sauce you like. Add some salad and sliced tomatoes and then ease down the burger.
