Instructions
Step 1
Cook shells according to package, drain; rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Step 2
Squeeze moisture out of thawed spinach well.
Step 3
Stir together spinach, egg, 1 1/2 cup Italian cheese, ricotta. Spoon a generous 2 Tbsp of filling into each shell.
Step 4
Arrange shells in 2- quart baking dish. Pour sauce over shells.
Step 5
Bake; covered for 40 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining Italian cheese. Let standard 5 min. before serving.
