Alternatives to impossible burger patty:
- Actual beef mince
- Quorn mince + beef stock or hearty beef soup packet

Step 1
Cook onions in oil until translucent
Step 2
Add impossible burger patty; mash in pan until it looks like mince. Brown the mince.
Step 3
Add in mushrooms, tomato sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cracked pepper
Step 4
Add in frozen veggies and cornstarch slurry
Step 5
Stir-fry until veggies hot. Adjust seasonings and thickness (water:cornstarch ratio) as desired
