Stir fry veggies

¼ cupsoy sauce

3garlic cloves
minced

3 tablespoonsbrown sugar

1 teaspoonsesame oil

½ cupbroth

1 tablespooncoriander seeds

½ cupcilantro
coarsest chopped, and stems

2 tablespoonslime juice

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in pan
Step 2
Optional if doing cabbage: Add the cabbage and cook, undisturbed, until charred underneath (3-4 min). Stir, spread into an even layer and cook, undisturbed, until charred in spots and crisp-tender (another 3-4 min). Then remove cabbage from heat.
Step 3
Add the coriander seeds and stir gently until fragrant and toasted, about 1-2 min
Step 4
Add your veggies! (May want to stagger them)
Step 5
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, broth and cornstarch
Step 6
Pour sauce over veggies and cook until sauce has thickened
Step 7
Add cilantro and lime at the end
Step 8
Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds
