Ingredients

300 gramsfish fillet
1 Tbspcooking oil
1 Tbspsesame oil
50 gramsginger
sliced thinly
1 tspgarlic
chopped
5 stalksspring onions
cut into 3.5 cm lengths
Marinade for Fish
Sauce (combined)
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the fish into thin slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt & dip into beaten egg then toss in corn flour. Deep-fry the fish. Drain from oil & set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok.
Step 3
Stir fry ginger and garlic for a few seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Add spring onions and stir fry for 30-40 seconds.
Step 5
Add sauce and return fish to the wok.
Step 6
Cook for a minute to coat the fish with sauce. Dish out & serve immediately.
