0.5 packdashi
bonito flakes
3 sprigsspring onion

Instructions
Step 1
Mix almond flour, xanthan gum, psyllium husk, spring onions, dashi, bonito and coconut flour. 2nd edition: add water and eggs.
Step 2
Add cabbage and mix. Add water. Add eggs. 2nd edition: on bruno and circle batter onto bruno. spread Cabbage on top
Step 3
On medium heat, add oil. Add mix to form a circle.
Step 4
Add bacon or prawns or sotong
Step 5
Cover. Wait for 3-5mins. Add water to the sides.
Step 6
Flip and wait for another 3 to 5 mins.
Step 7
Serve with aonori, bonito, mayo and okonomi sauce
