Instructions

Step 1
Chop chicken breasts in bite sized cubes, put in a frezzer bag and marinade for 10-15 min with 2 spoons of white winea and some salt.
Step 2
While chicken is marinating, chop ingredients for the sauce: garlic, onion, carrot (thin circles), pepper (stripes or smaller qubes, as you like) and cabbage (stripes).
Step 3
While heating 1 finger thick layer of oil for frying in a pen or a pot, mix marinated chicken in a salted egg whites and then roll them in corn starch, then fry for 2 min on each side until they are chrispy and golden.
Step 4
Put them out on a kitchen towel to dry while you make a sauce
Step 5
Sauce: Heat a dry pen and then add 1 spoon of oil from the dish you fried the meet. Put togeter garlic and onions, after a minute a carrot and then pepper, last add remaining cabbage stripes.
Step 6
In softened vegetables add sugar to caramelise a little, then soya sauce and last vinegar (taste and adjust saltwith adding soya sauce, sweetness with more sugar od acid with a bit of vinegar), put some chilli powder (or sweet an dchilli sauce) to add some hotness if you like. Last you thicken the sause with corn starch mixed water. Adjust the thickness to your preference with adding more starch or water.
Step 7
Add fried chicken cubes in a souce and let it sit for 2 minutes on the lowest heat (here you can add a handful od peanuts if you like) . Serve it over cooked rise or noodles (I prefer noodles).
