Step 1
Mash banana and whisk together with eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Cook over medium heat.
Step 2
While eggs are cooking, combine hot cereal and water and cook according to package direction. (I usually do 1 minute in the microwave)
Step 3
Combine cooked eggs and cereal in a bowl. Top with berries and nuts or other toppings of choice.
