Instructions

Step 1
in blender or food processor, add garbanzo beans, bean liquid, lemon juice, tahini, garlic and 2 T olive oil, coriander, cumin, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. If not smooth after 2-3 minutes, add more juice or olive oil.
Step 2
Remove, top with 1 T oilive oil and a shake of paprika (optional)
