Instructions

Step 1
Cook ground beef until it browns. Drain fat. Pour beef into slow cooker.
Step 2
Cook onions until soft.
Step 3
Add garlic. Then add onions and garlic to slow cooker.
Step 4
Add marinara sauce, dice tomatoes, italian seasoning, water and salt. Cook on medium heat for 4 hours.
Step 5
Add pasta, heavy cream, 1 cup of mozzarella, and the parmesean cheese to slow cooker. Cook for another hour.
Step 6
Add last mozzarella and serve once the cheese is warm and melted.
