Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the pork belly with garlic, ginger, gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2
Turn to medium-low heat, and place the pork belly slices onto a non-stick pan.
Step 3
Pan fry for about 4-5 minutes each side.
