Step 1
Dice, cube, steam, and blend sweet potatoes in baby food maker
Step 2
Pour blended sweet potatoes and remainder of ingredients into bowl, mix. Batter should be thin like normal pancake batter - if not add water or more almond milk
Step 3
Cook on cast iron over low flame. (This way baby gets added iron in their diet). Freeze left over and reheat on skillet as needed!
