Step 1
Combine Creamy Vanilla Shake, unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk (optional), add 1/8 or 1/4 tsp. rum extract depending on how strong of rum taste you desire. then add 1 egg yolk in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Using the bowl of a stand mixer or in a medium-sized bowl with a hand mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Place the beaten egg white into a glass, and pour shake mixture over the top. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional).
