Instructions
Step 1
Prepare rice as instructed.
Step 2
Chop up bacon and fry til crispy
Step 3
Remove from pan
Step 4
Add rice to bacon grease and saute
Step 5
Add peas and carrots.
Step 6
Make a hole in center of rice and add eggs. Scramble and mix into rice when almost finished cooking.
Step 7
Add soy sauce and stir in well.
Step 8
Top with green onions.
