1onion
medium, sliced

2 earscorn
each sliced crosswise into 2-4 pieces, optional

6carrots
sliced

4potatoes
sliced

6 cupswater

1cabbage
medium, cut into wedges

2cans of diced tomatoes
small, or one large

2cans of corn
drained

½ cuprice

lemon juice

dried oregano

fresh cilantro leaves
chopped

Garlic Salt

lemon pepper

chicken bouillon
Instructions
Step 1
Heat water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onionand cook until softens, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the chicken, bring to a boil and reduce the heat, and simmer, uncovered
Step 3
Add the corn, potatoes, and carrots and cook for another 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, cabbage, oregano and cilantro cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Pull the saucepan from the heat and stir. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
