Step 1
Boil chicken, ginger and tamarind for 5 mins

Add sweet potato and pumpkin then boil until cooked
Step 3
Add tomato after 5 minutes
Step 4
Add coconut cream and bring to a boil
Step 5
When coconut cream has boiled and starches are cooked, remove the chicken thigh, shred and return to pot
Step 6
Then blend thoroughly
Step 7
You can adjust the texture by adding more coconut milk to get a smooth and pleasant consistency
