Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken in your goodies for a minimum of 30 minutes
soy sauce½ cup
sugar1 tsp
bay leaves4
whole peppercorns1 tsp
garlic cloves10
Step 2
Take chicken out of marinade and place in well oiled or buttered pan. Pan fry the chicken till it’s a nice brownish color
Step 3
Add marinade and water
water1 cup
Step 4
Let pot come to boil and then cover and let simmer on low for about 30 minutes
Step 5
Take lid off add vinegar
Step 6
Simmer uncovered till the sauce is dark and sticky. It’s gonna cook down a good bit
Step 7
