Cook egg in desired form (scrambled, sunny side, poached, hard boiled, etc.)

Meanwhile, cut avacado in hald and scoop out avacado from the skin. Place in small bowl and, using a fork, mash 1/2 of small avacado in a small bowl. Add a dash of salt free everything bagel seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
