Ingredients

1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast
1white onion
medium, chopped
15 ozBeans
drained
8 ozgreen chilies
14 ozchicken broth
monterey cheese
½ cupheavy whipping cream
1 cupsour cream
tortilla chips
1 ½ tspgarlic powder
1 tspsalt
1 tspground cumin
1 tspdried oregano
½ tsppepper
1 tspcayenne
1 Tbspolive oil
1 cupwhite rice
Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauce pan sauté onions, garlic powder, chicken and olive oil until no longer pink.
Step 2
Add beans, broth, chili, seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and heavy whipping cream.
Step 4
Top with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
