Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F

Step 2
Crush the club crackers with a meat pounder in a zip lock bag.



Step 3
Then, mix the crushed crackers in a large bowl with the hamburger with your hands.


Step 4
Sprinkle Italian seasoning in the bowl with them.



Step 5
Put brown sugar at the bottom of a laof pan so you can't see the bottom.


Step 6
Put a little bit of ketchup on top of the brown sugar.

Step 7
Now, put half the meat and crackers in the pan and add cheese on top.


Step 8
Then, put the rest of the meat in the pan


Step 9
Put it in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes
