Ingredients
2 servings
Chicken seasoning
0.5 kilochicken breast
salt
black pepper
chili powder
Garlic paste
ginger powder
¼ tspTurmeric
Garam Masala
Cooking Chicken
Making the Gravy
2 Tbspbutter
1 ½ cuponion
chopped
1 tspcumin
Chili powder
to taste
1 Tbspginger
grated, or paste or ginger powder
Few vinegar drops
3garlic cloves
chopped
1cinnamon stick
1bay leaf
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
3 tspGaram Masala
0.5 Ltomato paste
Or tomato sauce, this is not ideal more liquid
1 cupwater
1 cupheavy cream
2 Tbspbutter
On the side of the serving
Instructions
Season the chicken
Step 1
Cut the chicken into slices and mix the ingredients together and let it rest for at least 15 minutes
Cooking the Chicken
Step 2
In a pan, put the chicken in, let them cook to 85-90% cooked
Making the Gravy
Step 3
Once done, take the chicken to an empty plate and use the same pan to make the gravy. On medium heat add the following ingredients

Mix the ingredients well and then add tomato paste

Wait for a minute and then add water and heavy cream
Step 6
Mix and wait for 7-10 minutes for gravy to simmer.
Step 7
Remove the cinnamon stick and the bay leaf from the mix.

Blend all the mix together with a blender
Step 9
Now while on fire, add the chicken pieces to the gravy and butter to the mix, for 6-8 minutes to simmer, below boiling point
Step 10
Mix well and stop the fire around when the gravy is not watery anymore. It should be medium-medium thick
Serving
Step 11
You can (optional) add cream on top of the plate, side rice, and naan bread
