Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients (from soy sauce down)
2. Cook noodles according to package instructions
3. In a large frying pan, fry onion, garlic & ginger until translucent and fragrant
4. Add in tofu/mock meat and fry until golden and cooked through
5. Add in the vegetable and sauté until soft
6. Add in cooked noodles and sauce and mix to combine
