Instructions
Step 1
Spray instant pot with nonstick spray

Add 1/2 cup chicken broth

Place chicken, I cut mine up into cubes

Season to your liking with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and pepper

Add ranch seasoning and taco seasoning

Add drained corn and beans
Step 7
Add rice and salsa
Step 8
Add 1.5 cups of chicken broth or until everything is submerged

Mix it all together
Step 10
Place lid on and make sure the valve is on sealing

Cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes
