Instructions

Step 1
1. Add olive oil and heat the pan till the oil covers the base. 2. add the onions and when softened add the garlic. 3. add the spices then when fragrent add some of the tomato puree. if anything begins to stick add some water to mix. 4. add the rest of the puree and the tomatoes 5. add your veggies and mushrooms. 6. serve with rice/naans or anything you want.
