It’s no secret crunch wraps are a fan fave in our house but have you ever tried making them with tofu? 🌯😍😋
These air fryer buffalo tofu crunch wraps are AMAZING!! Meatless meals continue & this was my very first try at not only making tofu but eating it!

Ingredients
1 servings

1 x 16 ozextra firm tofu
block, pressed

1 Tbspbuffalo seasoning
I used, Buffalo Seasoning

1 TbspArrowroot Powder

salt
to taste

1lavash bread

1 wedgePepper Jack cheese

1 Tbspbuffalo sauce
I love Wing-Time mild buffalo sauce

green onions
Toppings of, I used Everything but the Bagel seasoning

cucumbers

cherry tomatoes

pickles

avocado

fat free feta cheese

arugula
Instructions
Step 1
Press your block of tofu for 30 min wrapping it in a kitchen towel & laying heavy books on top to soak out as much liquid as possible.
Step 2
Cut tofu block in 1” cubes & add to a bowl. Toss in seasonings & arrowroot powder and mix well. Add to preheated air fryer. Spray tofu with cooking spray and air fry at 400° for 10 min or until crispy flipping halfway.
Step 3
Once tofu is crispy build your crunch wrap. Add wedge of laughing cow cheese, tofu, buffalo sauce, & all your fave toppings of choice. Wrap it up and spray crunch wrap with cooking spray & a pinch of salt. Air fry at 375° for 4 min or until done flipping halfway.
Step 4
Slice crunch wrap in half & ENJOY!
