For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in saucepan
Step 2
Add vegetables and noodles. Cook for 2mins
Step 3
Add shrimp. Cook for 1 min
Step 4
Drain contents of pot leaving a little bit of water in pot
Step 5
Mix sauce ingredients together until it forms a paste and pour over noodles
Step 6
Mix well until all noodles are coated then add everything bagel seasoning and scallion as topping
