Instructions

Step 1
In a med bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chia seeds.
Step 2
Add chia seeds and whisk again until well combined.
Step 3
Put in refrigerator 15 min. Remove and whisk well.
Step 4
Cover bowl. Put in refrigerator to gel for at least 2hrs or overnight.
Step 5
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
